19 Best European Dividend Stocks

The table below lists the 19 European dividend stocks most widely held in at least a third of the European dividend-focused mutual funds. In other words, the stocks listed in the table are held as a Top 30 holding by at least 6 of the 16 funds studied. In addition, the table also shows the subset of Morningstar 4- and 5-star rated funds that hold the same stocks.

Safe And High-Yielding Dividend Stocks to Buy

With the markets warming up to the reality of a Donald Trump presidency and administration, some people have become nervous about dividend-paying stocks as they see higher interest rates and inflation ahead.

While the bond proxy sectors like real estate investment trusts and utilities may hold less appeal as they are very slow growers, other sectors like consumer staples and telecoms still make sense since they can continue to grow market share.

We screened the Merrill Lynch research database for stocks with the firms best volatility rating, and solid growing dividends that were rated Buy. We found five that growth and income investors could buy now, and put in their portfolios forever.

What investors will want to not ignore is that some of these are still well off of highs. The post-election rally has been targeting many infrastructure and higher interest rate winners, so some of these may be overlooked.

12 Cheap Higher Capitalized Dividend Stocks With Yields Over 7%

Dividend stocks are all the rage now, for better or for worse, because bond yields have effectively dried up as the Federal Reserve kept interest rates at record lows.

I’ve been of mixed feelings about this trend, because the chase for yield has led income investors away from the relative safety of bonds and into dividend stocks, which do carry more risk.

Thus, as more and more money flows into dividend stocks, they start to get stretched as far as valuation is concerned. When it comes to stocks to buy, jumping in simply for the dividend isn’t a great idea.

That’s because, should the valuations of these dividend stocks contract back towards the mean, the loss will be in excess of the dividends paid out over several years.

So I’m trying to find options that are a bit less vulnerable to that kind of price contraction, while also offering a 7% yield or higher to offset some of the existing risk.

20 Large Cap High-Yield Stocks With Buy Or Better Rating

There is one thing that has become desperately clear to most everybody on Wall Street, rates are going nowhere any time soon, and possibly not until next year if any bad economic numbers start hitting the tape.

With 30% of all sovereign debt around the world with negative yields, and the rest just barely over the breakeven level, many people are looking far and wide for any sort of reasonable yield.

We screened the market for stocks that were rated with a strong buy and had a yield of more than 5%, and we found four that make good sense for investors with a touch more risk tolerance.

Only 20 stocks with a higher capitalization are available for high income investors. Most of the results come from the basic material sector.

12 Stocks With A Fantastic Dividend History But Partly Flat Dividends (Part II)

A growing dividend is the basis for future wealth if they will be paid regular and grown over years.

Dividend growth investors focus on this issue and have strong efforts when selecting a stock.

Recently, I wrote about stocks with a wonderful dividend history but they are not part of the Dividend Champions League due to the fact that they have run its dividends flat for a while.

In my view, it's not a reason why you should not own the company. I've selected a few great names and hope you can find some inpirational ideas.

54 Stocks And 4 Funds With A Higher Dividend Payment

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. I like it to see dividends grow. It’s a very good sign from the company to give money back to stockholders and share corporate profits.

For the time being, we are in a bullish market and the Federal Reserve is flooding the market with cheap money. These are the main forces for the strong stock market. But a growing dividend is not only a sign of a technical reaction, it’s much more. A dividend growth shows normally that the operating business runs well. Last week, 54 stocks and 4 additional funds announced a higher dividend payment. I published all stocks with dividend growth from the recent week in the attached dividend list. In average, stocks from the list of the latest dividend growth stocks have increased their dividend payments by 17.11 percent.
